 Welcome to the Official PokeMMO Team Tournament of Novembear 2023

These are monthly competitive tournaments where teams can test their skill against each other.
Players battle as teams (3 at a time). Teams can switch out which members compete between rounds

 

 

[LÂB] LabExperiments

 

will be given the opportunity to defend their title from October 2023 They have earned a registration slot.

 

 

Tiers:

 

November: OU / NU / Doubles
December: OU/ UU/ Doubles

 

 

 

In each round, 3 players from each team will be placed in line in the following order :

The top spot will be a OU Match

The middle spot will be an NU Match

Below, there will be Doubles Match

Each month +3 first teams from General standings 2022

 

 

 

 

Those teams need to provide registration, but will be put on top of registered teams - IF they make a reservation within one hour of registration, otherwise they are registered normally without priority.


Registration Rules:

Conditions

- Team can't register a player who was registered for another team.

- Team (ideally captain) From Friday after registration till one hour before TT, can edit forum registration up to one hour before the tournament but has to inform the host either by quoting the registration post or by PM.

- In 1 hour before TT window it can be done by a message to the host.

 

A. Registration starts on Thursday and ends on Friday - same hour.

 

a) Teams must provide all information in a single post after registration starts. 

b) Only registered players are allowed to play

c) no alts of players from other teams. 

d) No alt teams

 

B. Entry must be made by a member of the team.


a) entry can't include one team, then be edited to have another one registered.

 

C. The team must have at least 3 players ready to fight.

The process of TT

 

Team Tournament will be held in the same way every month:

 

a) The thread will be open with the date of the tournament and registration

b) Registration will start on Thursday before the tournament. Check the timezone converters.

c) Registration will end on Friday before the tournament. 

d) The bracket will be shuffled and made visible on Friday/Saturday, after the end of the registration. Information about where matches are going to be held will be released either on Friday or Saturday.

e) On Saturday, before the start of the tournament, teams will be able to claim they are ready to fight on Discord, forum, or in-game.

f) In case of team is unable to play, the reserve spot team takes their place- or the opponents get a Round 1 bye.

g) In-game team call will be held on ch4. Only captains need to be there, playing players can safely be on ch3 if that's where their match is going to be

Points for the Team of The Year Competition:

Champion:    15
2nd Place    7
Semifinal    4
Round 3    2
Round 2     1

 

Notes :

  • Disconnecting during a match will result in a DQ.
  • Do not block the Staff running the Event. If you disregard requests for you to unblock staff members then you will be disqualified.
  • Once your match is called you will have 10 minutes to report to the table. No time extensions will be given.
  • Teams must have 3 players for each round. If a team is registered but fails to have 3 players, 1st reserve team takes their place in the bracket. 
  • 1 hour setting for a duel is a must.
  • Please listen to staff members' instructions during the tournament. The behavior of ruining the event for other players on purpose will be met with a yellow/red card system of penalties, as explained in the main thread HERE

You can edit entry later (for example to change players) but initial post has to have information.

So just fill it with who you think will play, and you can edit it later, but I need initial post to be filled

aight i just filled mine with the info, lemme know if that works, you can delete camilo and misaka's one
