And when do they take blaziken out of the level?
Well, first you would need to present a reasonable argument, usually with examples, of why it should be and convince others of your opinion on the matter.

Ninetales currently untiered should be moved up to at least UU.
edit: i didn't relog because of the massive queue, maybe it's already moved up
It was intended to be put there automatically, something went wrong. It should be OU by now though.

Please don't make assumptions until it actually happens, and TC actually responds to it. The very short time ninetales was NU today was unintentional, it was supposed to automatically be placed in OU.

They will be placed in a TC decided upon tier until we see where they naturally fall, so they will be automatically moved up to OU in some cases. UU in others, nothing for the garbage ones.
-
Additionally, regarding new HAs we will not be locking tier changes this time around as it seemed like that was negatively received last time we did. We will instead decide on a case by case basis for each new mon at the end of a month while proceeding with normal tiering changes.

With the nerf to sharpness, now 1.3x instead of 1.5, Gallade has once again been freed in OU.

What are the two things on the left in the last screenshot. The mash and the ball?

You really don't want sleep back in doubles. Sleep is a toxic mess of a mechanic which feels annoying to both play with and against both through the amount of turns that the status lasts and the multitude of low accuracy sleep moves. Typically when the community ask for rng mechanics to be banned from competitive (RNG items, bslam lax back in the day) we are met with a resounding no from the devs, but when something like sleep is already seamlessly removed from the metagame do you really want the headache of having it added back? Spore is already a strong move and Amoonguss is already strong, re-enabling sleep clause is not needed and all it would do is open an old and rotten wound that multiple people were campaigning to be removed for years. Yes there is more counterplay against it now than when it got banned but even before that it was on the verge of being removed for a long time. Think carefully about if this is actually something that you think would make the game more fun, competitive or necessary before campaigning for a change like this.
This is kind of why I asked for the clauses to be put on a toggle. The problem with changing clauses currently is it takes an update to do it so once you make a change its that way until the next update. If it gets put onto a toggle it can be done instantly. If something like that were done it could then be changed back at a moments notice if it ended up being bad.

What is then, or why is it not?

These changes will be going live as soon as the current tournament is over.

With Venomoth moving up via usage this thread has been deemed unnecessary for the time being, it is free to drop back down in the future and if deemed an issue we will revisit this.

Unfortunately after discussing and thinking about it some, we cannot keep this thread. If a pokemon is to be discussed at least within the framework of the existing tiers it needs to be done so within the appropriate tier thread, here for this pokemon and if deemed a problem, an official thread specifically for a pokemon will be opened. Unless you are seeking assistance in which case I would direct you to the competitive assistance section, located here

Thoughts on this so far now that we are 2 weeks in? I have heard it may not have lived up to the hype, still looks decent enough looking at usage though.

If you wish to talk about a ban and if something is worth discussing in its own thread again please do so in the discussion request thread, do not open them up on your own. There may be some unique cases where threads are allowed such as those discussing tiering as a whole and how it is done, bugged mechanics, pokemon viability threads, that don't have a place in the discussion request threads but this is not one of those.

Rhyperior and Vaporeon are BL2. Milotic would be up to TC in the end.
