CaptnBaklava
So Quagsire getting access to Stealth Rocks, Spikes and Toxic Spikes. How do you think it will affect the meta? Link to comment
Munya
A lot of things are apparently getting access to various hazards. Link to comment
OrangeManiac
Yeah but Unaware wall with all hazards is actually insane. Edited November 14, 2022 by OrangeManiac EmilioGarras and CaptnBaklava 2 Link to comment

suigin
I've been using Quag in OU and I don't think it can fit them at all in its movepool. Rotom kinda dabs on you if you don't have Toxic. Link to comment

epicdavenport
Nothing as crazy as hazards going to a lot of mons but there were a few interesting additions to move sets. Drain punch Muk, acrobatics Altaria, and gunk shot Skuntank. Link to comment

Skuntank is already good but Muk can be more viable with curse or an assault gear set up now. Link to comment
caioxlive13
i'm not too scared to Quagsire. He getting hazards isn't too great because to someone use it will need to give up from EQ or their 4th Utility move(Toxic usually). If someone want to use hazards, probablly only Stealth Rock replacing EQ, and forcing a lot. suigin 1 Link to comment
RysPicz
I'm not surprised that in a metagame heavily infested with heavy duty boots, tons of mons are getting hazards CaptnBaklava 1 Link to comment
suigin
The thing that irks me is that Jolteon, the Pokemon covered in spikes doesn't get Spikes. DoubleJ, Bearminator, TohnR and 1 other 1 3 Link to comment
Bertolfoso
Not competitively related, but I hate that it and gastro gets hazards, there was a nice balance making every Water/Ground unique and this makes them all same-y Onraider, DoubleJ and suigin 3 Link to comment

I don't think Quag can even afford to run more than 1 hazard, most common set would probably be like Scald/EQ + Recover + Toxic + Rocks/Spikes. Link to comment

Munya
Not sure since that probably falls into mechanic?(I know nothing about the move actually changes but not sure what else to consider it) change instead of outright gutting a pokemon of a move. Its something that's free to be discussed for sure. repposh 1 Link to comment
