I started to play because this is pokemon on line, the dream of all ppl that played this game on consoles or emulators, the game that nintendo never did. that was fcking amazing, i had to play this game! Then i found the scammers, the bad loosers, the bad winners, an uncompetitive spirit in most of simple players. I had the luck of met a good guy to share ideas, to share strategies, and we started to go arround in different teams until we arrived GOK. i found the definitive place to stay there, and i never left the game then. I left the game 2 times before, and i stay now mainly for my team. Still, im always looking a new way to no get bored and that ways are breeding, farming, fishing, breeding, doing TT, fishing again, and lately, im mainly waiting for the new region to ampliate possibilities. We have reasons to stay for our teammates, but we need reasons to stay for the game. I hope to not be dissapointed this december.

Tournament Point System ~ For each round that you win, you get a certain amount of points. [Each Tournament will only have a 32 man bracket.] 1st Place: 15 Points 2nd Place: 12 Points 3rd Place: 10 Points 4th Place: 7 Points Quarters: 5 Points 2nd Round: 3 Points 1st Round: 0 Points Note that the Tournament format is the only thing I changed to the current competitive scene, the rest is still adjusteable (the points system could maybe use a small tweak) And of course, the winner would get a nice prize. (Back then it was Shiny Tauros). I can't speak for others, but I personally not so enthausiastic about running a Masters in literally the same way as the last one. So why not look for alternatives. I don't want to dismiss the entire idea of running a Masters-esque Tournament, just wanted feedback on this particular idea.

He's not bad, but he's new and extremely inexperienced with Competitive. He doesn't know the tiers much, and odds of him winning were as low as the chance of a 30 turn freeze happening. (Although BS hax does happen) That being said, multiple people are saying he was coached after Egg left. Also bringing into account it wasn't his play style and Pokemon, with the Team giving him comps, and Egg giving advice and how to use them, it's still rather shallow, even if he did win, since it's not under his own power, theoretically. EDIT: Thinkie, I know for a fact Asakano enjoys TS, telling me to get it and get on quite often, not much in recent months due to internet issues.

So we all just heard it's being internally discussed. So far there haven't really been any "real arguments or calculations" that shows why it shouldn't be moved to OU. If there is so much to discuss, we would like to know what you base your ground on and what kind of arguments you have going on. Since they don't seem to get represented here. Except some "huh adapt nubs", however nobody proves a way to adapt to its incredible powers. So what is going? If you have so many arguments for it to stay, we would like to join the discussion, that's what gives this thread any purpose at all.

Alright first of all, I just wanna say that you're completely wrong - Lion was in the ts room for the battle, and he informs me that he has solid evidence that coaching was taking place. But let's set that aside for a second and address your complete preparation of one of your puppets' teams. You are not the Coach of Heroes of Light. You are the manager. There's a huge difference between being a coach, and being a manager. Namely, managers manage, and coaches coach. Do you really have so little faith in your players that you have to completely build an entire team/strategy for them going into their matches? At this point, I'm just gonna drop it. You seem convinced that you did nothing wrong, which is fine I guess. The week is still far from over, as we've got a minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 matches left, so lets see how it plays out

Just lost today in PSL against Linoone, after dominating a whole match in which our team was supposed to win the PSL. My opponent pressed a button that said belly drum, and he won the match. The fact that I had 4 pokemon left did not even matter in the end. I thought all the calcs done by people in this thread amount to something. But where is the definition of blatantly obvious?

Regardless of the flaws Senile pointed out I am sure a lot of people would enjoy it. In other words you're correct but it's not enough reason to not run it. I do believe Masters should come back in some shape or form (pst, 4 month long series, 16 man double elim finale, reserves from such and such requirements, lots and lots of fun! <3 !). Staff has been doing very well with events, and I am sure there's enough staff members with event knowledge/interest to pull off a masters as such. Also, please another art contest. I would love one around Christmas as I have time off from school. I am sure others would appreciate it as well <3. If you can make it complex enough to warrant a low tier shiny that would be cool but regardless I'd like to make some Poke art with a purpose. Keep up the good work~
