Event Idea As a noticeable amount of players did request to acquire a master ball also they noticed the existence of white team rocket uniform / Android costume I come with this idea to provide the players with these items: Surprise Island Expeditions to rescue the Master Ball Research Team from White Team Rocket and explore the island, have interesting findings (hidden spaceship). This event can happen 1 or 2 times per year as a surprise. Mechanic: - 4 Link Players Ladder The 4 player link get ambushed in the forest with their own pokemons and the event start. The team Rocket NPCs get into the area and walk for a battle. Repeat spawming always. Every 5 Team Rocket Defeated, they get a Island Expedition Bag and get 50 pts in the ladder. The most efficient 50 team will get a master ball as final prize. Beyond this there is hidden spaceship plot (very difficult to find, because it appears in specific minutes when the androids make the spaceship invisible to visible) where players have something different to do. Help them to find the lost piece to fix the spaceship and acquire a spaceship bag. The PokeMMO staff is excellent in make good events. Keep it up.

It's possible that one will spawn for early story players, yes. There's no completion requirement before they'll show up.

What is this? This thread is being opened to discuss Vaporeon being added to the NU tier by usage. Vaporeon has fallen below the 4.36% cut-off allowed. Vaporeon will be considered for a possible ban to Borderline 2. About Vaporeon: As soon as Vaporeon dropped to NU by usage, its presence in the tier has been felt. Currently, ranked as the 11th most played pokemon (13.56% usage) with an impressive 57.61% win rate, Vaporeon seems to be thriving. Thanks to its enormous 130 HP base stat paired with a respectable 95 SpDef base stat and a good 110 SpAtk base stat, Vaporeon - commonly played as a wall - can easily afford to invest most of its EVs in Defense. This stat distribution allows Vaporeon to wall off a good portion of the physical and special threats in the metagame simultaneously. On top of that, Vaporeon’s Water Absorb ability could be seen as a great asset in the tier. Out of the 40 NU pokemon by usage (above 4.36%), 11 are water types (Cloyster, Vaporeon, Mantine, Quagsire, Azumarill, Tentacruel, Slowbro, Qwilfish, Sharpedo, Slowking & Lanturn). Thanks to its ability and typing, Vaporeon is usually not directly threatened by these pokemons while being able to threaten most of them on top of the rest of the tier with a potential burn from Scald. When it comes to its movepool, Vaporeon is quite predictable despite having a lot of options. When it’s played as a wall, Vaporeon is almost always played with these 3 moves: Wish, Protect and Scald. The last move varies a lot based on the teambuild, but it’s possible to narrow it down to these common options: Toxic, Haze, Calm Mind, Heal Bell, Baton Pass, Ice Beam, Roar, etc. Therefore, we can expect Vaporeon to provide a lot of support to teams, but this comes at the cost of being susceptible to Toxic and potential set up mons depending on its set. As a reference point for whoever might be unfamiliar with Vaporeon, here are some some sample sets. Defensive/Support: Offensive: Support: Important note: A lot changed since the last time Vaporeon was NU, it did not have access to Calm Mind, Recovery Moves had 16 PP, etc. The tier council suspects Vaporeon might fit some Uber characteristics and/or is unhealthy for NU. It's no longer possible, sadly. It's eggs hatched during a PvP match. Back then, eggs could hatch during matches, but after that was changed, it became unobtainable.

The current breeding system is perfect, just with the idea of retaining parents the market would collapse, it would be easier to look for shinies by egg, competitive 5x31+natu would be worthless since they would be so easy to breed, farming dittos, magikarps, breeds by egg group, all of that would be lost, much of the economy is based on breeding, supply and demand would be completely absurd with this suggest. If you have not been playing for a long time, of course it will be difficult and rare to lose your breeders, but at the end of the day this is an MMO, the difficulty gives quality to the hours of play you give it, you entertain yourself, you strive and have fun, reaching your first million pokecoins is a very nice way. Recognizing the pokemmo market is important to know that this idea is completely absurd.

I like to use this team to run Gyms, it's very efficient and can fit well with begginers. https://pokepast.es/6730e6a6d7f0ad67 Some questions about my team that i will answer: 1. Why Krokodile instead of Garchomp as a Earthquake Spammer? Mainly because of their ally, Togekiss. The maximum speed that Togekiss have is 284(IV and EV Speed maximized, +speed nature.) So, you need a mon with speed Equal or lower than 283. While Garchomp need of a Specific spread to reach on those stats, Krokodile can reach it without any effort, only needing to have any nature that don't give extra speed(Adamant is better choice), so with IV and EV maximized, he reaches on 283. If you want to be more economic, i suggest using Flygon, because Flygon learn all moves that he need by level up. The only issue is the same to Garchomp, you need a specific EV spread to reach below 284 Speed. 2. Why Togekiss with Hyper Voice and not Hydreigon with Hyper Voice or a Aero/Archeops with Rock Slide? Rock Slide can miss, so you need to use Wide Lens, and you're not allowed with this, to use damage-boosting items. With Hyper Voice Hydreigon, you could use it, because the main advantage is Extra Speed, but it's main disadvantage is less damage due to not having STAB on Hyper Voice. Other good reason is because Normal-Type moves doesn't do Supereffective damage on any type, meaning -1 text. 3. Why this smeargle on 6th Slot? You don't need to leave anything on 6th slot if you want. I bring a smeargle to he level up while farming. If you don't have Ocarinas, i suggest you bring a Dragonite, because he can learn all of 3 mandatory HMs to have in this run: Fly, Surf and Cut. 4. Why you use Muscle Band and Wise Glasses? Isn't better Life Orb? In conventinoal situations, yes, Life Orb can be better due to extra damage. But on Gym Runs, you need to spend less time than possible, and life orb is one thing that consume more time, forcing you to heal many times on Pokecenter and with the +1 text on battle(Also the heal animation on Jolteon). This is why i prefer those items, they still boost my moves but don't drain my HP, forcing me to heal only after all PP runs out 5. Any reccomendations? Yes. As soon as possible, PP Max all moves. Also, leave on your bag a Choice Scarf. On Brawly Gym, on Dewford, i reccomend to you switch Togekiss's item to Scarf , and afrer battle put specs Back. The main reason is because Staraptor and Lucario could have Final gambit, that deal damage equal to their current HP(That means insta-KO on most part of your team if they're at full HP). You need to use scarf to attack first and reduce their HP, and with this, reducing Final Gambit damage.

Yes it does >:( I pay attention to all my hatch locations and make sure they're perfect, how dare you ;-; Also, ooh a compilation of all accessible locations to hatch in doesn't seem like a bad idea at all! Might actually post that. So far I just end up googling "List of all locations in Pokemon Fire Red/Emerald/Platinum/BW" and deciding where to hatch a pokemon from that list. Pokemmo also has two special locations, one that leaves the hatch location blank and the other that says "--------------------". Best place to hatch ghosts/rotom if u ask me.
