Welcome to the Official PokeMMO Team Tournament of June 2023

These are monthly competitive tournaments where teams can test their skill against each other.
Players battle as teams (3 at a time). Teams can switch out which members compete between rounds

On each round, 3 players from each team will place in line in the following order :

The top spot will be an UU Match

The middle spot will be an NU Match

Those teams need to provide registration, but will be put on top of registered teams - IF they will make a reservation within one hour of registration, otherwise they are registered normally without priority.

- Team can't register a player who was registered for another team

- Team (ideally captain) From Friday after registration till one hour before TT, can edit forum registration up to one hour before the tournament but has to inform the host either by quoting the registration post or by PM.

- In 1 hour before TT window it can be done by a message to the host.

 

A. Registration starts on Thursday and ends on Friday - same hour.

 

a) Teams must provide all information in single post after registration starts. 

b) Only registered players are allowed to play

c) no alts of players from other teams

 

B. Entry must be made by a member of the team.


a) entry can't include one team, then be edited to have another one registered.

 

C. Team must have at least 3 players ready to fight.

The process of TT

 

Team Tournament will be held in the same way every month:

 

a) Thread will be open with the date of tournament and registration

b) Registration will start on Thursday before the tournament. Check the timezone converters.

c) Registration will end on Friday before the tournament. Same time as start of registration so if it starts 7pm GMT Thursday, it ends Friday 7pm GMT

d) Bracket will be shuffled and made visible on Friday, after the end of the registration. Information about where matches are going to be held will be released either on Friday or Saturday.

e) On Saturday, before start of the tournament, teams will be able to claim they are ready to fight on discord, forum, or in game.

f) In case of the team is unable to play, the reserve spot team takes their place- or opponent gets Round 1 bye.

g) In-game team calls will be held on ch4. Only captains need to be there, playing players can safely be on ch3 if that's where their match is going to be.

Notes :

  • Disconnecting during a match will result in a DQ.
  • Do not block the Staff running the Event. If you disregard requests for you to unblock staff members then you will be disqualified.
  • Once your match is called you will have 10 minutes to report to the table. No time extensions will be given.
  • Teams must have 3 players for each round. If team is registered, but fails to have 3 players, 1st reserve team takes their place in bracket. 
  • Matches  HAVE  to be done with 1-hour limit in the settings
  • Please listen to staff members instructions during tournament. The behaviour of ruining the event for other players on purpose will be met with a yellow/red card system of penalties, as explained in the main thread HERE

Estos son torneos mensuales competitivos donde los equipos pueden probar su habilidad contra otros. Los jugadores jugarán en equipos (3 al mismo tiempo). Los equipos pueden cambiar los miembros que compitan entre rondas.

Tendrán la oportunidad de defender su título del Mayo 2023. Tienen garantizado un puesto en el registro.

 

 

 

 

En cada ronda, 3 jugadores de cada equipo se pondrán en línea en el siguiente orden:

El primer puesto será la partida de la TIER UU (Arriba)

El segundo puesto será la partida de la TIER NU (En medio)

El tercer puesto será la partida de la TIER Doubles (Abajo)

- Los equipos no pueden registrar a un jugador que está registrado en otro equipo

- El equipo (idealmente el capitán del mismo) desde el viernes después del registro hasta una hora antes del TT, puede editar su post de registro del foro, pero debe avisar al host, o bien mencionándolo en el post del registro del TT, o bien por mensaje privado.

- En el tiempo de una hora antes del TT, se puede editar avisando al host por mensaje privado.

A. El registro empieza el Jueves y termina el Viernes, en la misma hora.

 

a) Los equipos deben otorgar toda la información en el mismo post después de que el registro empiece.

b) Sólo los jugadores registrados podrán jugar.

c) Las cuentas secundarias de los jugadores anotados no pueden jugar en otros equipos.

 

B. El post del registro debe ser hecho por un miembro del mismo equipo.


a) Los post no pueden incluir un equipo, y después ser editadas para incluir otro equipo distinto.

 

C. El equipo debe tener, al menos, 3 jugadores listos para jugar.

El proceso del TT

 

El TT se organizará de la misma forma mensualmente:

 

a) El post se abrirá con la fecha del torneo y el registro

b) El registro empezará el Jueves previo al torneo, revisad los conversores de horarios.

c) El registro terminará el Viernes previo al torneo, a la misma hora que la del inicio del registro, por lo que si empieza a las 7 PM GMT del jueves, el registro terminará el Viernes a las 7 PM GMT

d) El bracket del torneo se aleatorizará y se hará visible el viernes, después del fin del registro. La información sobre dónde serán las partidas será enviada, o bien el Viernes, o bien el Sábado.

e) El sábado, antes del inicio del torneo, los equipos podrán decir que están listos para pelear en discord, en el foro o en el juego.

f) En el caso de que un equipo no pueda jugar, un equipo de los reservas ocupará su puesto, o los oponentes de estos podrán pasar de ronda..

g) La llamada a los equipos dentro del juego será en el Canal 4 (Ch. 4) Sólo los capitanes necesitan estar ahí, el resto de los jugadores pueden estar en otro canal donde las partidas se vayan a llevar a cabo.

Ciudad Calagua (Salón de concursos), ch4 para las llamadas del equipo (También el Ch. 3 para las partidas)

Notas :

  • Desconectarse durante una partida resultará en una expulsión.
  • No bloquees al staff encargado de manejar el evento. Si rechazas las peticiones de desbloquearlos serás descalificado/a.
  • Una vez que tu partida sea convocada, tendrás 10 minutos para aparecer en el lugar correspondiente. No se darán extensiones de tiempo.
  • Los equipos deben tener 3 jugadores para cada ronda, si un equipo está registrado pero no cumple este requisito, un equipo de la reserva ocupará su puesto. 
  • Las partidas  ser llevadas a cabo con el límite de tiempo de 1 hora, en los ajustes del duelo.
  • Por favor sé atento con las instrucciones de los miembros del staff durante el torneo. El propósito de intentar arruinar el evento para otros jugadores a propósito será sancionado con un sistema de tarjetas amarillas y rojas, tal como está explicado Aquí
