*Yellow Cards are a "penalty" against those involved in the PSL who are "borderline" breaking the rules. Receiving two or more Yellow Cards will result in a suspension for one week.

  • This event is all about competition, so get your shit straight and get these matches done. If you don't you're letting your teammates down, you're letting your opponent down, you're letting the community down, and most of all, you're letting yourself down. So shame on you, shame on your family, shame on your cow, and shame on your grandma for spawning at least half of your parents who birthed you if you bail week one. Oh yea, you'll get suspended for not showing up as well.

Ghosting & Coaching

  • Don't be a damn cheater. This is the PSL. Players can play for themselves. If you get caught, you're going to catch these iron fists of ban. Oh yea, there may or may not be an incentive for players to report any cheating. 

Revealing Team & Sets

  • For the love of God, do not be that guy screaming out in normal chat trying to predict moves, sets, and plays. It ruins the competitive atmosphere and you look annoying as all hell. If you want to do that shit, keep it to whisper. Your shitty commentary might actually affect gameplay.

Substitutions

  • If a manager needs a sub, they can sub a player out for a player on their bench. The player that was removed from the line up is now inactive for the remainder of the week. Substitutions are legal throughout the entirety of the played week and there are no limitations to how many subs you can make. 

For Players Scheduling Your Match

  • Contact your opponent by PM on Discord or the PokeMMO Forums as soon as possible.
  • Provide dates and times in order to schedule a match anytime throughout the week.
  • PokeMMO duels will take place at the Vermilion Ch 7 PC; Showdown matches will of course be on Showdown.
  • Matches that take place on Showdown will need to have a replay posted in this thread.
  • Announce your duel in this thread at least 10 minutes before it starts. If you don't a rematch will have to take place.
  • If you have trouble contacting your opponent, contact your manager and your opponent's manager so the appropriate actions can be made.
  • Extensions will only be given for extreme cases. Playing a match during another week can really set things back. 
  • If you can't find your opponent's forum name or IGN, just go to your opponent's team thread in the PSL Club and click the link.
  • If your opponent's PokeMMO Forum inbox is full, then contact that player by posting on their profile feed or on Discord
  • When you contact your opponent, present at least three (3) different times that you are available throughout the week, preferably on different days
  • You must respond to a PM by your opponent within 48 hours; if you do not you will need to be subbed out or face an activity decision loss
  • If a substitution is made, it will be as if a new week has started and the players will need to contact one another as outlined above
  • If you are unable to duel during the week, please request a substitution from your manager. Unforeseen events do happen.
  • If you believe your opponent cannot duel or has ignored your PM, please add the host and the related managers so that they can take appropriate action

OU w/ Team Preview

  • Schedule your match accordingly.
  • Before you start your match, preferably 2 hours or more, PM either the host or a small council member the team you intend on using and the items for which they hold. Telling an administrator your items will prevent switching items once you hear your opponent's team. For example, your opponent announces they will be using Magnezone and you have Skarmory, switching to Shed Hull would not be competitive and is not allowed.
  • Just prior to the start of your match, announce your team in normal chat or shout so that your opponent can "preview" it. You do not need to tell your opponent which items your pokemon hold, just which six pokemon you intend to use.
  • When you announce your teams, make sure there is a countdown so that you and your opponent announce at the same time. 
  • You may switch your lead accordingly once you hear your opponent's team.
  • Going to the PC after you announce your pokemon is not allowed and will result in a DQ.
  • The Pokemon you use during your match will have to match the pokemon that you announced and the pokemon you sent to the host or small council. Violation of such will result in DQ. 
  • The Items you use during your match will have to match the items you sent to the host or small council. Violation of such will result in DQ. 
  • Players may request to see which items were used by their opponent, in order to ensure legality, once the match is complete. Just PM the host or small council. 

 

  • Above all else, this is a unique format that should be fun and competitive. The PSL is designed to be fair and thus we rely heavily on players to be just in their actions. You spoil the event if you try to take advantage of loopholes and if caught, you will be severely punished. Just play the game and flexxx your skill. 

 

  • New Addition! You may now contact a Small Council member to assist with announcements and confirm items prior to the start of your match.

Ghosting & Coaching

  • No seas un maldito tramposo. Esto es PSL. Los jugadores pueden jugar por si mismos. Si te atrapan, vas a recibir estos puños de hierro de prohibición. Oh sí, puede haber o no un incentivo para que los jugadores denuncien cualquier trampa.

Revelando equipos y sets.

  • Por el amor de Dios, no seas ese tipo gritando en el chat normal tratando de predecir movimientos, sets y jugadas. Eso arruina la atmósfera competitiva y te verás molesto como el infierno. Si quieres hacer esa mierda, mantenla en susurrar. Tu comentario de mierda en realidad podría afectar el juego.

Substituciones

  • Si un manager necesita un suplente, él puede substituir a un jugador por otro de la banca. El jugador que fue eliminado de la alineación ahora está inactivo por el resto de la semana. Las sustituciones son legales durante la totalidad de la semana en curso y no hay limitaciones en la cantidad de sustituciones que se pueden hacer.

Para jugadores programando su duelo:

  • Contacta a tu oponente enviando un PM a discord o en el foro de PokeMMO lo antes posible.
  • Proporcione fechas y horas para programar el duelo en cualquier momento a lo largo de la semana.
  • Los duelos de PokeMMO tendrán lugar en el CP de Carmin Ch 7; Los duelos de Pokemon Showdown serán, por supuesto, en Pokemon Showdown.
  • Los duelos que tienen lugar en Pokemon Showdown necesitarán tener una repetición publicada en este post.
  • Anuncia tu duelo en este post al menos 10 minutos antes de que comience. Si no lo haces, se llevará a cabo una revancha.

  • Si se realiza una sustitución, será como si una nueva semana hubiera comenzado y los jugadores necesitarán contactarse entre ellos como se describe anteriormente.
  • Si no puedes batirte en duelo durante la semana, solicite una sustitución a su manager. Eventos imprevistos suceden.
  • Si crees que tu oponente no puede batirse en duelo o ha ignorado tu PM, agrega el host y los managers relacionados para que puedan tomar las medidas adecuadas.

OU con vista previa del equipo

  • Programe su partido como corresponde.
  • Antes de comenzar su partida, preferiblemente 2 horas o más, enviale un PM, ya sea el host o a un miembro del consejo pequeño, con el equipo que desea utilizar y los items que tienen. Decirle a un administrador que tus items evitará que cambien los items una vez que escuchas al equipo de tu oponente. Por ejemplo, tu oponente anuncia que usará Magnezone y tienes Skarmory con restos, cambiar a muda concha no sería competitivo y no está permitido.
  • Justo antes del inicio de su duelo, anuncia tu equipo en el chat normal o gritar para que su oponente pueda "verlo". No es necesario que le digas a tu oponente qué objetos tienen tus pokemon, solo los seis Pokémon que usarás.
  • Cuando anuncies tus equipos, asegúrate de que haya una cuenta regresiva para que tú y tu oponente anuncien al mismo tiempo.
  • Puedes cambiar tu lead y empezar con el Pokémon que desees una vez que escuches el equipo de su oponente.
  • Ir a la PC después de anunciar que tu equipo pokemon no está permitido y dará como resultado una descalificación.

  • Pour l'amour de dieu, ne sois pas le type qui hurle dans le chat normal en essayant de prédire les moves, les sets ou les plays. Ceci ruine l'atmosphère de compétition et tu casses les couilles à tout le monde. Si tu veux t'amuser à prédire, les chuchotements devront te suffire. De tels commentaires pourraient influencer les plays des joueurs.

Substitutions

  • Si un manager doit substituer un joueur, c'est possible à condition que le remplaçant n'est pas encore joué. Le joueur retiré du line up n'a plus le droit de jouer pour le reste de la semaine. Les substitutions sont permises tout au long de la semaine et il est possible d'effectuer autant de substitutions que désiré.

Planification de match

  • Contactez votre son adversaire par MP sur Discord ou sur le forum de PokeMMO le plus tôt possible.
  • Fournissez vos dates et heures de disponibilité afin de planifier votre match à n'importe quel moment de la semaine.
  • Les duels PokeMMO prendront place au PC de Carmin Ch 7, les matchs Showdown se dérouleront évidemment sur Showdown.
  • Postez le replay des matchs Shodown dans ce topic.
  • Annoncez votre duel dans ce thread au moins 10 minutes avant que celui-ci commence, sinon il faudra faire un rematch.
  • Si vous éprouvez des difficultés à contacter votre adversaire, contacter votre manager et celui de votre adversaire afin que le nécessaire soit entrepris.
  • Il n'y aura pas d'extensions à moins d'un cas d'extrêmes circonstances. Jouer un match une semaine plus tard peut vraiment pooper la progression du PSL.
  • Si vous ne trouvez pas le compte forum de votre adversaire ou son pseudo dans le jeu, rendez vous sur le topic de la team que vous affrontez dans le PSL Club et clicker le lien.
  • Si la boîte mail de votre adversaire est pleine, contactez le joueur en postant sur son profil ou sur Discord.
  • Quand vous contactez votre adversaire, donnez vos disponibilités à trois différents moments et de préférence à des jours différents.
  • Vous devez répondre au message privé de votre adversaire dans les 48 heures sans quoi vous serez substituez ou risquerez de prendre une défaite pour inactivité.
  • Dans le cas d'une substitution, les deux joueurs devront se contacter comme si une nouvelle semaine commençait.
  • Dans l'impossibilité de faire son duel, demandez à être substituer à votre manager. Des imprévus peuvent toujours arriver.
  • Si ton adversaire semble être dans l'impossibilité de duel ou a ignoré ton message privé, ajoute le host et les managers concernés pour que le nécessaire soit fait.
