I did a couple tries and I gotta say its hard to get a consistent time in the E4 because of their team diversity and the RNG factor. I bet there's no ROM out there that has the johto map and this was a necessity. Nohto is not likely to get implemented as we have access to all pokemons from that region, therefor, why they don't want to give us the entire Sinnoh pokedex in unova, to generate some interest in that region. We understand you play for the story, yet you have to understand the major population doens't run the story 24/7. So Nohto is a soon tm thing, that might not happen.
