Forum Ranks don't change how signature rotators can still violate rules on allowed image hosts / image types. We have image hosts whitelisted because garbage like imageshack/photobucket used to embed malicious advertisements on links. We've also had people try to dox / DDoS other users (and myself) by linking to malicious image hosts which document all the IPs which hit an image. IPB isn't smart enough to do image size/type restriction in realtime without the web server touching the image, which opens the website up to DDoS too. The only thing we could do to prevent these would be to make a CSP, but CSPs are mostly pointless for sites built on IPB due to inline js. It could potentially whitelist embedded image hosts, but that would bypass IPB's builtin URL restrictions on posts. So, no, it's not happening regardless. No, we're not going to make people Mods so they can press F5 and monitor your grumpybumpers accounts all day. Shoo.

frags is the clear cut #1, if this was 2 years ago i would totally say gbwead is #2 but it isnt and he sucks now best doubles player lkrenz best uu player burntzebra

I'm basing these solely on the plays the players make in the battle more than the knowledge of each individual tier. Kinda "uncreative answer" but I think Frags is easily the best singles tier player. I think he has the best understanding of the battle situation, the win conditions and seems to find effective unexpected plays when needed. I think DocPBJ is the best Doubles player. Really intelligent Doubles plays all the way. Makes fundamentally solid plays every turn so no matter what gimmicks you tried he often has you covered.
