Details

Tournament Mode | 32 Teams (64 Players) | 6v6 OU & Doubles

 

Explanation

Players will compete in pairs, advancing through the bracket by winning both duels in each round: one in the OU tier and one in the Doubles tier. In case of a tie, a tiebreaker duel will be held in either OU or Doubles. Players can switch tiers between rounds. All teams must follow the Monotype format, consisting of six Pokémon sharing a single type (dual types like Hydreigon (Dark/Dragon) are allowed if the primary type matches). Players may also change their teams between rounds (You can use different types of teams, as long as they follow the monotype format)

 

Tie Breaker:

Round 1: OU

Round 2: Doubles

Round 3: OU

Semis: Doubles

Finals: OU

 

In the case of a draw - tiebreakers must be played in the above tiers for each corresponding round, whoever will play the tiebreakers will be up to the team themselves to decide.

Registration

To register post both players IGNs in this thread along with a team name 1 hour before the tournament starts.

 

You may only register one team per person.

Edited posts will NOT be accepted as a valid registration.

Only registered players are allowed to play.

Players can be registered in only one team. 

Entry must be made by a member of the team

Notes:

Disconnecting during a match results in a DQ if the player is unable to reconnect.

Do not block the Staff running the event. If you disregard requests for you to unblock staff members, you will be disqualified.

Once your match is called you will have 10 minutes to report to the table. No time extensions will be given.

    just because i'm dense and kinda coping, does that mean hydra is ONLY dark type for the sake of the team its on?

    Nah, of course not haha. Hydreigon can be used in both Dark & Dragon teams, just like Ttar can be used in Dark Rock, Zapdos in Electric Flying, etc etc
