  2. Pokemon Experience Type Level Index (PokeMMO Version) Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are enjoying your time here on PokeMMO. There was a slight issue that I came across yesterday that a guide may be able to fix. Due to my busy schedule, I asked someone to level two of my pokemon to 100. He then asked me what the Experience Level was on a pokemon, so I had to look up the number in the summary box. This guide plans on addressing this exact concern. Hopefully you can find this index helpful! Without further ado, lets dive into all the Pokemon's Experience Types! To look for a specific Pokemon or Item, you can either do CNTL + F for Computer or "Find In Page" for mobile devices. Before I list all the pokemon, first we need to know about a few items that may help you level: Exp. Share = An item to be held by a Pokemon. The holder gets a share of a battle's Exp. Points without battling. There can be a total of five holders of the item that can benefit from the Exp. Gain, however your Exp. will be split up quite a bit. Here is a chart of how the Exp. Distribution will be split fi you hold the item: No One = 100% Exp. Gain One Holder = 50% Exp. Gain Two Holders = 25% Exp. Gain; 50% for the Leader Three Holders = 12.5% Exp. Gain; 50% for the Leader Four Holders = 6.25% Exp. Gain; 50% for the Leader Five Holders = ~4.17% Exp. Gain; 50% for the Leader Rare Candy = A candy that is packed with energy. It raises the level of a single Pokemon by one. EXP Candy (XS) = A candy packed with energy. It increases a Pokemon's Experience by a fixed amount. +500 EXP EXP Candy (S) = A candy packed with energy. It increases a Pokemon's Experience by a fixed amount. +1,250 EXP EXP Candy (M) = A candy packed with energy. It increases a Pokemon's Experience by a fixed amount. +3,000 EXP EXP Candy (L) = A candy packed with energy. It increases a Pokemon's Experience by a fixed amount. +10,000 EXP EXP Candy (XL) = A candy packed with energy. It increases a Pokemon's Experience by a fixed amount. +30,000 EXP Lucky Egg (Small) = Time only consumed while online. An item which increases the amount of EXP gained for a short period of time. Stacks with other bonuses. Consumed upon use. Effects last for 30 minutes. x1.5 EXP gain! Lucky Egg = Time only consumed while online. An item which increases the amount of EXP gained for a short period of time. Stacks with other bonuses. Consumed upon use. Effects last for 1 hour. x2 EXP gain! EXP Charm (+25%) = Time only consumed while online. A charm which increases the player's party EXP gain. Stacks with other bonuses. Consumed upon use. Effects last for 1 hour. Link members receive a 10% Bonus. EXP Charm (+50%) = Time only consumed while online. A charm which increases the player's party EXP gain. Stacks with other bonuses. Consumed upon use. Effects last for 1 hour. Link members receive a 10% Bonus. EXP Charm (+100%) = Time only consumed while online. A charm which increases the player's party EXP gain. Stacks with other bonuses. Consumed upon use. Effects last for 1 hour. Link members receive a 10% Bonus. Donator Status Ticket - 7 Days = This item is untossable! An item which can be used to promote your account to Donator Status. Donator Status benefits include: +25% EXP in battles, +10% chance of encountering shinies, and +10% faster egg hatching, +5% extra money upon winning battles against trainers. Donator Status Ticket - 15 Days = This item is untossable! An item which can be used to promote your account to Donator Status. Donator Status benefits include: +25% EXP in battles, +10% chance of encountering shinies, and +10% faster egg hatching, +5% extra money upon winning battles against trainers. Donator Status Ticket - 30 Days = This item is untossable! An item which can be used to promote your account to Donator Status. Donator Status benefits include: +25% EXP in battles, +10% chance of encountering shinies, and +10% faster egg hatching, +5% extra money upon winning battles against trainers. EXP Reamplifier = An item which splits experience and EVs among all healthy party members. This account-bound item has infinite use and may be toggled on or off at any time while out of battle. Exp. Share effects are negated while this item is active. 25% of battle EXP gained is shared among active pokemon, while 75% is split between pokemon which don't participate (including battlers). Each pokemon also gains an additional 5% of the total amount earned from the battle (basically, a permanent 30% exp. gain). It should also be noted that you can stow away up to 9 Pokemon in all the Daycares combined (1 in Route 5 [Kanto] + 2 in Four Island [Kanto] + 2 in Route 117 [Hoenn] + 2 in Solaceon Town [Sinnoh] + 2 in Route 3 [Unova]). EXP gain through the Daycare is by 20% EXP from your battle (implying that you can gain EXP from that battle). The benefit to the Daycare is that you cannot evolve a pokemon while it is in there, however, moves will be overwritten. So if you have a particular moveset on your pokemon or want the process to go a bit faster, then you should either use the items or consult with a leveler at the Trade Corner. There is also a Trade Bonus of +15% EXP in fights if the pokemon is not from the Original Trainer (OT). Español (Spanish) Version - Credit to @Edwardinho

  11. News about a fakemon design contest finally lured me out of lurking and into making an account. Have an entry, people c^: Pyxee, the Navigation Pokémon (Etymology: From Pyxis, the constellation representing a mariner's compass. Also a play on "pixie" due to its mischievous/difficult nature and "sea" due to the water typing) ) Type: Celestial/Water Dex entry 1: Pyxee masterfully weaves its fur into a map. While the map makes little sense to humans, it is believed to serve as both a world map and a star navigation reference for the Pokémon. When two Pyxee meet, they will thoroughly examine each other’s maps to see who has the most detailed and accurate one. Dex entry 2: It is a master of navigation and has been popular with sailors for centuries. However, it is also a frivolous and selfish Pokémon. Travelers blindly relying on Pyxee for navigation may end up wherever the Pokémon wants to go, rather than their intended destination. It appears jealous when around Nosepass. Abilities: Competitive/Keen Eye Egg group: Field The design is based on the practice of celestial navigation, and is supposed to resemble a ship's captain from roughly the 1800s, with tricorne-esque ears and elongated front paws meant to resemble a cravat. I drew inspiration from compass roses when designing the cheek tufts, while the eyelashes and the pupils are meant to slightly resemble the compass needles. For the truly celestial part of the design, we have a map with references to real stars used in celestial navigation: A large and bright one as Polaris, and a cross serving as the Crux. My personal goal for this was to make something that was within the theme, but wasn't a Pokémon from space. IGN: Scypho This was really fun to make, and it's interesting to see the cool stuff you guys are coming up with too. Good luck everyone!

  21. Hi there, As you can tell by the title I have recently been working on a UI Redesign Concept for PokeMMO. I have a lot of previous graphic design experience, and one of the fields I enjoy working on the most is GUI design. I really enjoy PokeMMO, however at times I feel that the UI can be frustrating to navigate, and although the current UI does fit with the game pretty well. I feel like it could be a lot more modernized, clean and generally more optimized for ease of access and better appearance, which is what I have attempted to do here. I first thought about making a theme, however after looking into it and reading some forum posts I realized that it would restrict a lot of what I was hoping to change, so I decided to make a full-blown concept instead for a new more engaging and pleasing UI. I would like to clarify that this is NOT a theme/mod It is only a concept and at the moment there is no way to FULLY implement this into the game. I am considering making a theme or possibly a mod that allows for the complete changes and additions I have made to be included properly, however that would take some time and research so I decided to get some feedback from the community first. Below are some of the screenshots of the concept UI as well as comparisons (mine on the left) with the current UI being used in the game. (I am in no way criticizing the current UI) however I do believe some things could be changed and optimized for a more user-friendly clean experience. The current UI does an amazing job at sticking with the classic retro Pokémon look, but in my opinion PokeMMO is growing into a more vast and complex game that incorporates the classic feeling of the original Pokémon games and also that of an amazing MMO and believe the UI should also branch towards that. Feel free to look through the screenshots, the UI is not fully completed and a lot of things are still in the works, (such as a Login Screen, Store Menu, Breeding Menu and more.) This is what I have completed so far; Pokémon Summary Character Inventory / Bag Hotbar / Toolbars Global Trade Link Trainer Card PC Deposit Box Party Bar Chat Box Minimap (New) Top Left Display Battle Screen I would appreciate any feedback/suggestions or general opinions from the community and let me know what you would like to see for future concepts! Full Redesign Battle Screen Pokémon Summary Character Inventory / Bag Trainer Card PC Deposit Box Party Bar Hotbar Toolbar Chat Box Minimap (New) Top Left Display Global Trade Link I should also say that the concept UI at the moment uses a blue accent, but I would make this user-customizable for a range of colors (including dark). I am also considering on making a webpage of sorts that will showcase the full UI and allow users to interact with it as they would in game, this would help showcase the changes I have made behind the scenes along with animations and any new updates I make, let me know if that's something you would be interested in. Thanks for reading!

Leamaga, tipo Fakemon: fantasma/celestial lore: (it is based on the legend of the rabbit on the moon) is after sacrificing himself by jumping into the fire to be able to feed a lost young man with his meat, the gods rewarded his act by leaving his spirit on the moon and so that no one will forget they captured his silhouette in this one, he usually goes down to earth to grant refuge and guide to all the people lost in the forests and take them home healthy lore: (se basa en la leyenda del conejo en la luna) esta despues de sacrificarse saltando al fuego para poder alimentar con su carne a un joven perdido, los dioses premiaron su acto dejando a su espiritu en la luna y para que nadie la olvidara plasmaron su silueta en esta, normalmente bajar a la tierra para conceder refugio y guia a todas las personas perdidas en los bosques y llevars sanos a su hogar
