I was thinking we could get our own king of the hill type of mini game, where we take control of a gym, place a team of 6 defending pokemon, controlled by AI to defend against attacking players who want to control the gym The player who defeats the defending gym first, gains control of the gym and can place their own pokemon there. We could have multiple types of gyms to fight over. The longer your pokemon control the gym, the better your reward becomes. It could be earning Pokeyen per minute, then getting a special item if your pokemon manage to defend a gym for a day, for example. If we could get something like this, it would be awesome and provide more end game content for those who love pokemon battles!

Hi! I'm Maid Lulia and I've been part of this community for a year and half. In all this time I've met a great number of amazing people, made friends and received a lot of help and support both in and outside the game. Around a month ago I opened a free shop to give some of that love and help back to people. I play this game since 2012....I've met many people but out of all the people I've met one person is who I miss the most. My old pal @Srekanos... Lost him 2 years ago due to heart complications. (This event is for in-game team [Mr] members only) Date: Saturday, September 9th, 2023 Time: 2:00 PM EDT (14:00 EDT) | Time Zone Converter Location: Solaceon Ruins, Sinnoh - Channel 1 Description: After months of persistent hunting, Fongus grew weary of constantly coming across the same non-shiny, grey Unowns. As a result, he's currently seeking for janitors to assist him in getting rid of them. Through a series of tasks and chores, he is going to determine who is qualified enough to fill the job. If you believe you are capable of performing the duty, bring your mop and capturing tools and give your best to clean these rooms as swiftly as possible! About the event: At the start of each round, the host (xXFongusXx) will use Team chat to list four Unown letters at random that every participant must catch during that round in order to win points. Your goal is to catch each one as soon as the announcement is made, and then link via whisper all of your entries to the host once you've gotten them all. The participants win points according to the order of their submission of ALL Unown targets, once all the positions have been filled, the host will make a call for the round to end. Prizes will be awarded to the four contestants who have the most points by the end of all rounds. Point System (in order of submission): 1st = 4 points 2nd = 3 points 3rd = 2 points 4-5th = 1 point Rules: The winners of each round, from 1st place to 5th place, will be the first players to link the 4 Unowns to the host. Shinies captured should be seen in the Pokédex, maybe with a yellow border instead of blue or green (non ot and ot caught). Or at least, models displayed in the Pokédex should give you the option to show the shiny model if you captured (maybe if seen too).

I haven't used any other software to swipe props before, and I don't know where to find such software to download. I learned about the game by watching a Pokemmo video and only played it for two weeks. I joined the group in the video to download the ROM. No one in the group has used any other software, and some players have told me that buying coins from other players is not feasible. Though I have no concrete proof of this, I believe that bots are rampant on the GTL specifically. Alpha flipping seems to be the most obvious use here. If an Alpha is under 25k it seems to be snatched up instantly as soon as it's posted. Now I know that normal players probably grab some of them some of the time but the consitency at which alphas are bought and flipped is high and fast enough that I am suspicious. Adding a captcha check after a certain amount of purchases within a certain amount of time of the poke being posted from the recently posted section would help combat bots to some extent. This wouldnt affect players mass buying dittos or specific pokes for breeding, or even the average glt flipper but only bots/people camping the just posted section and "sniping" items and pokes at an unusually fast rate. Again I have no proof but I've seen several players speculate about this and this implementation would help stop some bad actors and help the overall economy.

I don't think so, Blue/Gary is stuck in PokeMMO in the role of Kanto champion. Of course you beat him, but he returns to claim the title. I know in FRLG Giovanni leaves the gym, because he thinks to reform TR. In vanilla Pokemon Red/Blue he decides to stay as gym leader. Now with the implementation Johto, the dev have the perfect occasion to make a close to this character and bring him back. Giovanni was in the data of HGSS for a special event, but you can’t implement as it is in Pokemmo. It’s time travel with Celebi. It doesn’t match the storyline of PokeMMO where apparently Kanto and Johto plots are close in time, not years apart. The devs ‘d take inspiration but. Place Giovanni in the hidden cave in Tohjo Falls. No Celebi, no Lyra/Ethan useless companion. The player just enter the cave in the falls. There’s Giovanni sprite as a custom NPC that (!) as soon as the player come close to him and battles the player. The dialogue before battle ‘d be: “I’m going to Johto because I’ve heard from the radio my executive there are in big trouble. Go away little kid, don’t have time to waste. I’ll crush you!” Then it starts the fight with Honchkrow and other poke. After the defeat, Giovanni says: “I can’t believe a kid defeat my pokemon!! Could be the same boy my executives was talking about? It’s better for now coming back to Kanto to smooth ruffled feathers.” Then he disapears from that place. The reward for this side quest battle is that if you ‘ve completed the Kanto storyline (including Sevii Islands); you’ll see Giovanni back in his gym, and you can rematch him as the other kanto gym leaders. I really hope the developer ‘d take in consideration this idea.
