Its basically gotten the point where I'd be keeping a whole regions worth of a pokedex, they are all viewable in game and can even be sorted by alpha and by tier, so you always get the HA variant mons and where they are.  With the releases having slowed down this threads really served its purpose.

Seems obvious to me but Magmortar for NU/Untiered? UU seems particularly inhospitable for it and I don't feel it has the ability to keep up in OU.

Can be considered a pool for aproval method(anyone vote in all mons that he want, the amount that he want )to decide about NU/Untiered mons? Some of them have a good niche on Never Used(Maybe Sableye and Honkcrow, for example) but some are complete trash(Watchog for example), and to help players to teambuild and split some good HA from bad ones, we can consider the pool and move mons with 66%+ more votes up to NU and let the rest on Untiered.

Problem is some mons gets devaluated by new players just because they're on untiered. With Viablity Rankings complety outdated, gets harder to teambuild if not use the dex to check the mons avaliable on tier. The idea is just move good HA to NU for assist on teambuilding only. Untiered will keep as a unofficial metagaming and if something is broken, will be informed and asked the possible ban, on Unofficial formats discussion thread.

The beauty of NU is that you have a vast array of Pokemon that could be potentially good in NU or to a lesser extent, other tiers. Artificially moving Pokemon out of UT is not only another burden on the already busy TC, but also, players should use their own creativity to figure out whats good, not the TC.

I'm not quite sure how stuff like Gallade/Gardevoir or Nidoking/Nidoqueen count. Are there one or two Alphas left to appear or is that all of them?

No idea, Azumarill just appeared a day or two ago so may still be more.

We got a lot of new ones recently, Golem today too. They said "~60 lines" we didn't even know if it was 60 exactly or like 64 or if it was 60 counting the existing ones or 60 new ones xD 
I guess we'll never know when it's really over 😄

Now dnite is a spicy one, not a fan of it but at least HO has a switch to conk and kingdra. Shame it will come at the price of insane overcentralization.

Well, my opinion and suggest of some shifts:
 

Spoiler

- Xatu: Seems good on OU, players are against their rise due to have a Magic Bounce on tier, Espeon. So, my suggestion is Raise Xatu to OU, but if happens, Espeon immediataly drop to UU. I've talked with some players and they agree that Xatu is better than Espeon.
- Staraptor: List it Hard Banlist to UU. This mon is a bit weak for OU, doesn't seems good, but for UU is very broken(And that is the main reason to raise it, only for security.)
- Roserade: Now it no longer needs to be listed as a NU Banlist, it have tools enough to become a UU staple.
- Untiered relevants on NU: Only for assist players on teambuild, raise the four to NU. This doesn't do real difference , but for new players helps to teambuild, because Usage with all those Alphas suddently dropping, isn't a good reference point, and forums Viability Rankings are very outdated, leaving only the pokedex to check what's on the tier and need to be careful to they when teambuild.
- Crawdaunt and Fera: Fera and Crawdaunt looks very broken on the tier, maybe hard banlist they? Idk
