Okay, now this is great job with prize selection. Pokemon with high usefulness in Doubles and isn't common in Singles so fits perfectly as a prize for a Doubles tournament and wouldn't be desired as a prize in any other tournaments. Keep it up.

Sorry for the delay but re-openings after lock down caused me to have a ridiculous amount of work and I simply didn't have time (same for MM and Daryl again).

Its part of a 3 month cycle to maintain stable tiers for at least 3 months at a time rather than the way we used to have it where tiers were in constant flux with things moving back and forth every month, Next month is the end of the cycle and the cutoff to move both ways will be 4.36% which is the old cutoff point and allows for more things to move.

I really can't understand why the minimum usage for a mon to go up a tier is so high, while the percentage needed to go down is so low. We created a paradox where undoubtably strong pokemons such as Darmanitan and Hippowdown in theory wouldn't have an high enough usage to be in OU, while some BL mons such as Lucario and Haxorus have less than half the usage of some UU mons such as Umbreon. But the former are part of the OU tier, while the latter is still also part of the UU tier. The disparity between the percentages needed to go up and down is so big that while it's very easy for a mon to go down, it's almost impossible for it go up unless straight up banned by the TC. I'm not saying this is wrong or anything should change, i just don't understand the ratio behind these rules, which in the end will make the meta static

No, it doesn't. You need to walk around to get encounters. One "trick" you might want to use, is to use sweet scent in safari, which gives you 6 encounters if PP maxed.

With the massive influx of players that play tourneys now - is it still unrealistic that we get another tier tho? Because in the past the argument was that it would split up the comp community too much, but is that really still an issue with 256 man tourneys happening right now?

Maybe a command to check if Keldeo/Mewtwo/Arceus are avaiable at the wild to catch em?

The most fair solution imo regarding Group C is just to create a new bracket with only the remaining teams. When it comes to comparing the teams that faced the removed teams, you just look at their record against the removed teams. There is no need to give free wins to anyone really.

Could you explain me why would you have to be 6-0? And don't get me started with "it would be fair". A team leaving the event makes situations hard, and there's no perfect solution for everyone. But if you wanna keep going that route, why would Spain's effort to get the 6-0 be useless? Theres a true fact that every team wouldn't 6-0 Poland (see korea), so why would hosts have to award you with such score? You are already getting a free win (that means not risking a loss, not getting teams scouted, no time lost on preparation, etc) By any means the rest of the teams shouldn't get a 6-0 because you think is the better choice.

@MathewMat@forfiter Week 5 will be over and they still have not resolved the result of Peru B vs Poland of week 4 (which should be 6-0 and not 4-2 as it is now). To be fair, the result of Korea vs. Poland should also be changed to 6-0, so as not to create differences with the other teams. Those small differences could give the ranking to any country for the next round.

HP: 108 Attack: 130 Defense: 95 Sp. Atk: 80 Sp. Def: 85 Speed: 102 Garchomp is one of the most versatile pokemon in OU right now. Great offensive typing (and not too shabby defensively either), amazing stat distribution consisting of a special speed mark (102), well above-average bulk (108, 95, 85), a terrifying 130 Attack and very usable 80 Special Attack stats. To top it off, it has access to a plethora of moves that will make your opponent guess what kind of set he's running into (yes I said he because girls don't play comp mons). I've seen these things run Rocks + 3 Attacks (usually Mixed), SD Sub, SD Mixed, Choice Band, or even Scarf without busted Outrage. Now, all of these sets have their answers, the problem is when those answers lose to luck: Sand Veil - If Sandstorm is active, this Pokemon's evasiveness is multiplied by 1.25. Now, I do need to point out that we don't have permanent weather and that Rain is a thing, blah blah blah. You also need to set up Sand with Tyranitar or Hippo. OR YOU DON'T, because your opponent might just do that for you instead. Since Sand (or maybe just Tyranitar) is a very good playstyle, this increases the chances that Sand Veil will get some use, meaning you might lose because a Garchomp managed to dodge the most important Ice Beam ever. To me, Garchomp as a whole, paired with the luck factor from Sand Veil, makes it Uber worthy. However, this made me think: what if Garchomp didn't have Sand Veil? What if it could only use Rough Skin? And this is where my Suggestion comes in: Replace Sand Veil on Garchomp with Rough Skin. Yeah, I know Rough Skin is its HA and those are planned for Dungeons, whatever. I think an exception can be made here for "balancing" purposes. An example of something else that was done to keep a Pokemon out of Ubers was removing Draco Meteor from Hydreigon's moveset.
