A lot of the things you mentioned are for balancing purposes, as you said yourself it's an MMO and needs grinding. We have the Macho Brace which doubles EVs gained, so with how easy EV training is with hordes, you don't need the braces. As for breeding, losing the parents is another mechanic for balancing. If this wasn't in the game you could just breed two perfect Pokémon and pump out unlimited 6x31's which is obviously unhealthy for an MMO. Most of the things you need to know is either in-game in your Pokedex or here on the forums. Mechanic changes can be found in the changelogs and pretty much everything else in the guide tavern. Yet another change for balancing. Sweet Scent is used for EV training and shiny hunting, so they put a restriction on how much you're able to abuse it, which makes things such as Leppa Berries valuable. In gen 6 we had mega evolutions and fairy types, which helped balance the increased Knock Off damage. Here we have neither of those things so updating Knock Off would cause a lot of problems in competitive play. It prevents you from having a level 100 and just spamming Thief for an easy profit, besides we have the ability Frisk so item farming is already easy enough. We don't have much post-game content so that's really all there is, grinding. I tried to answer as much as I could so I hope I helped you realize why these changes were made, I avoided questions like "why is the game harder" because things like that should be obvious considering it's an MMO and they don't want you running through the game without a challenge.

I was never disappointed that Arya killed the NK, and I think a lot of others weren't. I think I, and others are more annoyed that the NK died without doing a whole lot. We waited so long to see what the NK does and he just got stabbed in a couple seconds and it's over. Kinda the same with E5, we've waited so long for a battle vs the lannisters and perhaps to see Cersie die... But actually, the whole battle was just a dragon fucking everyone up and a couple seasons ago I'd be all for it(when I thought the dragons were untouchable), but we saw 1 ship take out a dragon last episode and now all of a sudden this 1 dragon wipes out of the whole of the lannisters and eurones fleet. That said, I've not necessarily jumped on the bandwagon saying S8 has been terrible, I still enjoyed the episodes and the CGI and music was incredibly good as always... I just believe they could have made the story more worth the long long wait.

Hello pokemmo players! I hope my walkthrough guide will help you know what to do during the story and where you can find all the items and hidden items. This guide has all the items and hidden items written.Each hidden item has a blue text and a picture if you click on it. Optional trainers who give 800$ per poke in a battle are also included.Those trainers i wrote to fight and those who give less i wrote to avoid. To avoid a trainer you have to walk when he is not looking at you. You can do ctrl+f to find a specific item.There is no space in the item name.For example : rarecandy ppup amuletcoin. Volt Switch works perfectly fine for anyone who's not an NPC. For some reason it doesn't function properly for NPCs, but since you think the game is already too difficult, i dont see why you'd think this is problematic. Sweet Scent costs PP because it's used for shinyhunting, it prevents you from spamming sweet scent for free and is pretty necessary in an MMO format. That being said, I'm in favor of some sort of more logical spending of the sweet scent PP, such as 3 PP for a 3 mons horde, 5 for a 5 mon horde etc. Covet and Thief also work fine, it just forces you to get a little creative with what mon you use to thief. If you could just use a powerful level 100 mon, you'd be able to farm forever and that would decrease value of these items. I have 5 mons with thief/covet, each with their own level/ability (damp for example), because different items require a different approach. There's no problem here. Macho brace is the item that gives you bonus EVs, i have no idea why you would even want specific items for each stat when this exists. As far as breeding goes, what you are describing is basically cloning instead of breeding, I dont think I need to explain to you why this is a bad idea in an MMO. big smh

This could be the worst standard event ever known to PokeMMO. Not only is it Doubles (the format with the lowest interest) but the prize is hardly viable, but to top it off you also have IV's which are counterproductive to its only usable set. The only thing this event has going for it is the time. Kudos for putting on a weekend event.

Basically just what the title says. I noticed the info panel is already great, but it would be nice not to click on every pokemon to find out the gender. Color coding around the bubble would be nice or even having the gender icon. Both are pictured below.

Why not re-releasing some nerfed versions of limited-time exclusives? For example, the knight helmet is a truly staple archetype of hat. Like, many people would wear it regardless of rarity. I'd rock it if it was 50k in a mart. Other hats are desired because they are rare -- like the kyu hat. For the people who want the knight helm for its aesthetic rather than its rarity, why not a knight helm that's completely grey? Get rid of the gold border and stuff -- let that remain exclusive to the limited one. Similarly, you could consider non-colorable, black, electric storm hair.

I sign under these words with my hands and feet Doubles has historically been overlooked in favour of other tiers for a long time and now it's even worse than ever with there being almost no tournaments worth competing in for a very long time due to both lack of tournaments and very underwhelming prizes. List of every shiny doubles prize in 2018: Oct 22nd - Lilligant - Viable Sep 2nd - Amoonguss - TR mon with no 0 speed option Aug 10th - Hariyama - TR mon with no 0 speed option July 1st - Conkeldurr - TR mon with no 0 speed option (usable but not optimal) May 20th - Torkoal - TR mon with no 0 speed option (unusable as a weather lead) May 19th - Weezing - Not doubles viable in the slightest Mar 18th - Gyarados - Viable Feb 25th - Amoonguss - TR mon with no 0 speed option Jan 14th - Pelipper - Viable So in 2018 there has been 9 doubles tournaments with shiny prizes. Out of those 9 you would only want to use 3 of them in doubles. The current doubles meta is more diverse than ever before and has a plethora of viable pokemon, not being able to find anything that doesn't require TR is simply lazy. Now lets look at the shiny vs non shiny distribution in all the different tiers / formats. Amount of shiny prizes in the last 5 tournaments (including upcoming tournaments and not including community funded tournaments): OU - 5/5 Shiny prizes (no non shiny prizes in the last 11 tournaments) UU - 5/5 Shiny prizes NU - 4/5 Shiny prizes LC - 5/5 Shiny prizes Doubles - 2/5 Shiny prizes So in conclusion: Doubles has the least tournaments out of every format. Out of the few tournaments we get doubles has the least shiny prizes. Out of the few shiny prizes we get only 1/3 of them are viable in doubles. Just a little bit of love would be nice (NU should probably get a couple more tournaments too). Also I'm by no means saying that the other tiers should get less shiny prizes because honestly non shiny prizes suck and those tournaments feel horrible to play in.
