Only 3 hours from one to another — and only a few hundred encounters more! Now I can start my Staryu hunt (and keep on believing that my pink Dratini is also on it's way to me). (If any of these teams fail to sign up, then the next highest seed on the table will be invited) We have 2 options for the other 4 places: - 1º The staff by a vote will designate 2 of the places and the other 2 places will be awarded by tournaments announced after the registration deadline. - 2º All the places will be designated on Team Tournaments announced after the sign-up deadlines The last two places will be auctioned to the team that pays the most. All teams must have a mínimum of 12 players signed up and cannot exceed 25 signed up players. All the registered players cannot change teams after the sign-up deadline. All the registered players must be part of the team before the sign-up day. If a player from a team would like to join a different one during sign-ups, the recruiting team must pay a total of 500K for each player. Only a maximum of 3 players can be recruited this way. The 12 teams that are part of the event must pay 4 million pokeyens for this event.. We understood that We are affecting historic old teams but. We cannot continue living from memories and, We chose to have a direct sign-up for the 6 best actual teams for this first part of the year. Don't want to shit on anyone's parade and am glad to see this event coming back around but a few comments: 1. Logo slaps, great work as always @Tear 2. Are you 3 certain about the timing? The community currently has these events going: - PGC (4 weeks to go + likely 2 weeks for the final tournament). - World Cup (is that still happening? idek or care but ye). - PCL (which takes a decent amount of prep time depending on the tier). Individual teams are likely to have long-form events going as well, at least we do. 3. Maybe get someone to write the English part of the post, I don't mind that you're inventing new words like votation or that it's a bit harder to read but stuff like this is confusing because it means the opposite of what I think you intended: 4. Not a fan of either of the tier choices you're giving. The first choice shits on Doubles and the second overemphasizes OU. About Doubles: You're signing up the top 6 teams in the TT standings so I'll assume you'd want the event to be competitive. If we're talking about the best teams I don't see a reason not to value Doubles the same as the other official tiers. About OU: You're not running a community event that needs to be accessible, for which emphasizing OU would make sense. Again, it's reserved to a select number of teams, your goal is to make it as level a playing field as possible.

Hello ~ Here is a list of general chat suggestions/critiques I have put together in order of most importance to least importance, based on my experience and the feedback I've heard from other players. 1. Tabs should be able to be separated by languages, not just by Displayed Chat Types. - Separating tabs by language allows the staff to moderate the chat more effectively, prevents players from sending messages in the wrong language, and generally organizes the chat for players who read more than one language while playing PokeMMO. I can't even tell you how many times I or someone else has accidentally typed in the wrong language on accident when responding to someone. It would be especially useful for separating Trade Chats in different languages. E.g. 2. Allow for emotes and/or preset messages. - Many PokeMMO players want to communicate across languages; however, because the cost of machine translation services is too high, it's not feasible to just have a translator built into PokeMMO. PokeMMO could copy other MMOs like club penguin (lol) that used preset messages to automatically translate basic words/phrases that are commonly used. For an English-speaking player/person with English ROMs, they would send "Hello!", but a Spanish-speaking player would receive ~"¡Hola!". E.g. "Hello!", "Trade your ____ for my ____?", "Battle?", etc... - Additionally, emotes could convey simple expressions to other players regardless of language and could support a better chatting experience. (doesn't need to be as complex as this) 3. Add muted words/phrases. E.g. “Johto tomorrow” “Swarm?” “Any Pheno?” - While players have access to Chat Sound Notification Options to ping them whenever a word or phrase is typed in chat, the opposite would also be useful in my opinion. Being able to mute certain words or phrases so that whenever someone types them the message is blocked/ignored can be useful for repeated/annoying messages in chat. 4. Add the option to see when friends/teammates come online and offline. - Being able have the option to disable or enable "Player has reconnected.", "Player is now online.", and "Player is now offline." would be a helpful quality of life fix for chat. Potentially, you could allow it to be enabled for certain players and have it disabled for other players, whichever is easiest to implement. 5. Block players from typing obviously mutable slurs in chat. - How is this not a thing yet XD? Players can type the n word/ f slur / etc.. without being automatically muted or at least censored currently. Automatically muting and censoring them would help the chat mods not have to waste their time muting these people. Did I miss anything? or Does anyone else have any feedback/suggestions related to the chat in PokeMMO? Comment it below ❤️ TY

I feel like Vaccum Wave / Scarf is not a combo that needs to happen. I've seen some sets with Scarf/Extremespeed that make some sense, but it seems kind of like a wasted spot when Lucario could be having better coverage here. This probably goes for any Scarf + priority sets.
