What is this ? This thread is being opened to discuss Crawdaunt and its dominant existence in the UnderUsed Tier (UU) during this month where it has been tested in the Tier. Characteristics : -Crawdaunt's great attack stat paired with its recently released hidden ability (Adaptability) allows it to be a devastating and centralizing wallbreaker in the UU meta. There are barely any Pokemon that are able to switch without risking to get 2 Hit KO'd or chasing it out of the field. On top of that, Crawdaunt has access to 2 good setup moves : Swords Dance and Dragon Dance. -Crawdaunt is however quite frail and slow; when it is invested in speed, it is still able to outspeed any defensive Pokemon (with an Adamant nature) except Golbat. Most offensive Pokemon outspeed Crawdaunt. To compensate, Crawdaunt has access to Aqua Jet, a priority move that benefits Adaptability, and a setup move that can raise its speed : Dragon Dance (Jolly Crawdaunt outspeeds the whole UU Tier at +1 speed, except Durant) Adaptability : This Pokemon's moves that match one of its types have a same-type attack bonus (STAB) of 2 instead of 1.5. As of now, Crawdaunt has 17.18% usage for 59.72% winrate. It forced most teams to use the most reliable checks, being Toxicroak (24.89% usage for 57.59% winrate) and Poliwrath (12.17% usage for 61.01% winrate). Rotom-Mow also rose in popularity partly because it is a great Pokemon to have in order to revengekill Crawdaunt. Calcs : Choice Band : Swords Dance (+Life Orb) : Dragon Dance (+Life Orb) : Sets on Crawdaunt : Choice Band - Crabhammer; Crunch; Aqua Jet; Close Combat/Aerial Ace Life Orb/Mystic Water - Crabhammer; Crunch; Aqua Jet; Close Combat/Aerial Ace Life Orb/Mystic Water - Swords Dance; Crabhammer; Crunch; Aqua Jet Life Orb/Mystic Water - Dragon Dance; Crabhammer; Crunch; Aqua Jet/Close Combat/Aerial Ace Always Adamant nature, except for the Dragon Dance set (Jolly) Aerial Ace is an option as it allows Crawdaunt to hit super effectively a very common check : Toxicroak. Notable checks/counters : -Impish Poliwrath (The most reliable counter there is in the tier, this Pokemon rose from NU to become a defensive staple in UU. Its great bulk, Water Absorb ability and dark resist allows it to switch on Crawdaunt without much risks, but it could still be dangerous if there are hazards on the field). -Toxicroak (An offensive check that can afford tanking one hit thanks to Dry Skin and its fighting type, and can chase Crawdaunt out. It is the 2nd most used Pokemon in the tier when it was 16th last month). -Tangrowth (Its very strong defensive stats allow it to switch safely on any Crawdaunt attack as long as there are no hazards on the field or Crunch doesn't drop its defense stat). -Multiple Water Absorb Pokemons such as Vaporeon, Quagsire, Jellicent, Gastrodon (Storm Drain). These would not live 2 hits if they switch on a choice banded Crunch. -Mandibuzz (Provides a reliable dark resist that can also chip Crawdaunt with Rocky Helmet. It would dislike switching on a Crabhammer). -Rocky Helmet Druddigon, with its Rough Skin ability, can deal a lot of damage to Crawdaunt when it gets hit, while also tanking the Crabhammers nicely. First of all, allow me to apologize for my disgusting language in my now deleted reply in the December movement thread. That four-letter word shall never be typed by me again in the forums to spare you all of such demonic things, and I hope you all can forgive me. Now for the point of this thread: Why are the devs so devoted to avoiding implementing this counter when people have been asking for it for years? Is there a fun aspect of manually keeping track of these ourselves that I'm missing here? If anyone can provide an argument against this I would love to hear it.

Hey guys! It has been an amazing journey being the go-to person for Ribbons in MMO, but unfortunately I am retiring. I apologize to the customers who reached out to me over the past couple of weeks as I have retired. I did a few side orders previously when contests were fixed to complete the shiny flex and will list those below and update my completed orders. The shop has a rich history and has gone through a lot of obstacles and the fact I was able to overcome all those obstacles not just by myself but with a partner that joined me not long after, @LordHydra, has truly been fantastic. Battle Sprites Reloded The purpose of this mod was to make a more vibrant mod that utilizes real-time lighting and shadows. Each Pokémon is set to a scaled height multiplied by their actual Pokedex height. Downloading this mod is not obligatory. Quick look into the general table and obvious change is visible immediately- OpTc thanks to today's win claims 1st place with 35 points. VGC drops to 2nd, and SLSY to 4th place. Currently, 5 teams have chance to become team #1 in 2022. [OpTc] Optic has easiest way to win TT- They just need to reach final to not look at other team's matches. Lowest they can go is Round 2, assuming no points for VGC. [SIÂ] Sic Itur Ad Astra has hardest situation cause they need to count on OpTc to not score even a single point, and for other opponents to score less than 4, 5 and 8 points- while also they need to win December's TT. By doing it, they would have same Points/TT score as OpTc, but higher won fights number, making it 1st place. [SLSY] SoulSociety will need to win December, and for OpTc to score less than 2 points. If OpTc will score 2 points, it will again be about won fights- so that would secure trophy for SLSY. [Aw] Asgard Warriors need to go to final match, assuming OpTc will not go higher than Semifinal. They have more won fights already so it would've secured their title. [VGC] Vermilion Golden Champions has best situation - they need semifinal assuming no points for OpTc. It would also grand a win due to won fights ratio. Welcome. - Hydreigon: That "Cambio de sentido" of Hydreigon should be U-turn (Ida y vuelta) or Surf/Focus Blast. and nature Timid (Naturaleza Miedosa). - Garchomp: I would change "Colmillo de fuego" Fire fang for: Stone Edge, the other moves are just decent. - Scizor: If you're running Scizor with no sustain like Roost or Ev's in HP, I don't recommend using Leftovers and Superpower; Life Orb with Close combat is your way to go. You can also try moves that can do better than Bug Bite in some scenarios but that move is really good: Aerial Ace and maybe Thief or Quick Attack. - Cofagrigus: I DONT recommend to run cofagrigus here, you may do a combo with Snorlax (Normal + Ghost) and the main idea is good, but you should try doing Cofagrigus + Chansey/Blissey or normal-type Pokemons in OU tier. Don't missunderstand me, Snorlax is pretty good, but in super specific compositions like: Snorlax, Dugtrio, Golbat, Shedinja, Reuniclus, Mandibuzz, not in a Hyper Ofensive, to build a team you need to have "Tematic", Snorlax + Cofagrigus is good only with 1 wall more and making it Balanced or full stall, to full-cover the weaknesses of Snorlax, so again, Cofagrigus is not enought to cover Snorlax. - Snorlax: I DON'T recommend to run Snorlax here, since the other Pokemons of the team cannot switch to him or you cannot switch without losing 1 pokemon or 80% of the HP of each one of them when switch from snorlax to one of them (Scizor, Hydreigon, Gengar, Garchomp). - Gengar: In this meta, I 0% recommend Substitute Gengar, in some situations is good, but in the majority of them you just want: Focus Blast / Shadow Ball / Nasty Plot / Thunderbolt; the items vary depending on your team, but in yours I recommend to have the item focus sash. Personal recommendations: Don't use Gengar, use Starmie (ANTI-LEAD). Don't use Snorlax, use Dragonite (Dragon Dance with hidden ability instead of Snorlax). Don't use Cofagrigus, use Metagross 252 HP Stealth Rock (SUICIDE LEADER). Make the Garchomp a Choice Scarf user (Pañuelo Elegido Garchomp). Use Scizor Life Orb with Close Combat. I would not recommend Hydreigon Scarf, but Nasty plot Hydreigon or something else like Espeon or Breloom or Rotom-Mow, but Hydreigon is not really good in this composition that i'm making for you. I recommend to watch the sets from the Showdown calculator some of them are really accurate and tell me if you have questions just by a reply. @Lehu & try to include English translations in your next post.

I was wondering if it was possible to have the option of creating your own server, and being able to apply a randomizer mod to the created server. Once the server is created you can set a "lock" (ex: 4-digit code), and anyone that is given access will have the randomized effects applied to the server. I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be a lot of fun to do randomized nuzlockes/soullinks/etc., and make for an interesting experience overall :)

Regrettable situation in the TT, the BDKS arrived a little late but it was about to play, we asked the EN chat if we could start the duel and nothing... Then Kaynine asks if we had the ES chat turned on (which I assume indicates that we were called there), and I replied that I don't leave it on and the team most likely wouldn't either. Not complaining about the hosts, but next time, please reply in EN or chat of the language you were sent. This situation was very uncomfortable to our team.(A quick advice, our team are from Brasil, so usually we leave only PT/EN on.)

While Haxorus arguably has lesser counters than Salamence, there are so many ways where Salamence is far more diverse and useful Pokemon. Against "a team, unbothered by Salamence's existence" Salamence would achieve a lot of the work Haxorus would - however I must admit against teams dedicated of countering Salamence, it would have a tougher time shining than Haxorus did due to lack of Mold Breaker, worse attack and Superpower. But lack of counters shouldn't be the only defining factor when deciding if a Pokemon belongs to a tier or not, and never has been. A Pokemon may just be so good in so many ways that even when countered, the opportunity cost of using that Pokemon is so small that even when facing a team dedicated of countering you, it is still worth it playing that Pokemon. For me, Salamence falls to this category. I'm personally confident that even with more counters, it does too many things too well and what it lacks in physical attack power is compensated heavily with its mixed coverage, while also providing other valuable traits that would make Salamence a bit too easy pick for a variety of roles in UU environment.

I'm having very tough time understanding that with the precedent of Haxorus being doomed to BL after a disastrous attempt of testing it in UU that how on earth would you drop Salamence to UU even for a day.

Hey guys, I appreciate your thoughts about the économic model of the game.. The purpose is to become rich, whatever legal means available, some has made bad choices with trading.. Assume that all vanities fluctuate in value dépending on many reasons,however théy will Rise through time, some will Rise drastically and others will Just Rise à little (like the famous fail ufo hat). Those ultra rare vanities means thé low rate of getting Those cosmetics from bags so, many players farm so many bags lead to many cosmetics. So prices of vanities fluctuate and will come to stabilize. U Just have to make good décisions at thé right time. From à personal view i présume that the actual economic model is very stable and logic, adding alphas is so Nice as an idea and to revive somehow the community.. The créator of this thread has made à good analysis, but good models Can never be replaced.. Just fit yourself to the actual model and good luck
