This is a patch that changes ALL the battle backgrounds in game to ones shown in the video/screenshots. This also comes with the No battle ground mod by @efeburc [NEW]: Additionally I've added a new patch that replaces the surf model with Lapras. It doesn't include any battle background changes. For the Source file select the ROM you use to play Pokemmo with (it has to be an unpatched USA rom of Black or White [5585 Pokemon Black/5584 Pokemon White] or else the patch will likely not work) 5. Output file name it and make sure to add .nds at the end of the filename > click Patch. 6. Open Pokemmo's LOGIN Screen > Client Management > Black/White Rom > Select your patched ROM> After selecting your ROM Pokemmo will close and the mod is now installed! If you load into game and still don't see the background, look in Pokemmo settings Video section and see if "Show Battle Background" is checked. The mod is safe to use, you will not get banned for using it. You cannot use two different backgrounds at the same time. These are imports from Black & White 2 battle backgrounds (from the Movie mini-game). To keep this mythical Pokemon, you will need to participate in Raid Battles. 12 powerful Pokemon need to be taken out in Co-Op Raids to encounter Shaymin. As of the 21/02/2024 hotfix, a specie and item clause is enforced in raids. You cannot have duplicate items or duplicate species. This means one player cannot use the same Pokemon, such as 2 Typhlosions; or use 2 different Pokemon with the same item, like Choice Band, for example. Thanks to @MissSamus for pointing this out. These raids are not regional exclusive and can be found and battled in across all 5 regions! The 12 Raid Bosses need confirming. But could be the same as the Zodiac Alphas from 2023. With the new LNY update, if you close your session while in a battle, you cannot do any rebattle until the 10-minute cooldown timer is up. This technique, commonly known as trainer relogs, is used to save time exiting particularly long gyms in the Johto region and during the Hall of Fame sequence at the end of an E4. However, not too long back Rache said this: What has happened here is in complete contradiction with what is in the works. It also it impacts 2 Johto gyms and prevents session relogging at the end of e4. Its impact is so small that almost all players are unaffected bar a very specific group of grinders. This nerf unfairly targets the more dedicated PvE NPC grinders for no reason at all.

How does this turn into "if you relog you get punished" though? There's a balance to both statements, and I think we already had it until, like Rys said, we get the actual feature relogging is making up for. Makes no sense to punish the players so roughly, especially considering this game can be played on phone devices in which the internet connection is not always super good and you might accidentally disconnect during battles; or you're just checking another app and instead of running in the background, PokeMMO closes your session.

Relogging having an advantage is something we are very much against. This is directly consistent with us wanting to add gym shortcuts.

Pointless to think, this set is useless and derail of the actual convo. And I still feel like most of this discussion is pointless as people fail to address what 4F wrote. Which is what in fact defines if something is healthy or not.

Realistically I think that the difference between a 2-star and 5-star raid will be widely noticeable. The main thing to consider is that it's in the testing stage at the moment so this is the opportunity for the devs to spot any bugs but mostly identify if any nerfs/buffs are needed. I have a feeling that when it's polished up, it'll be a lot more tougher with it being difficult to pull off cheesy strats, but hopefully we'll get much better rewards.

I can't even tell if people are joking or actually serious anymore. Endeavor is, at best, a gimmick; at worst, a wasted slot in an already pretty packed moveset. It's not broken, it's not even good, you need to play vs. a noob to be able to pull it off and the reward for trying to do it is, at most, underwhelming. I get that you want Dugtrio banned no matter what so you can spam your Tyranitars but screaming as soon as Endeavor drops on Dugtrio and treating it as if it wasn't a glorified F.E.A.R. strat is not a solid argument for any bans, sorry. I guess we should also ban Sturdy Aron + Endeavor under Sandstorm, it can kill anything omg so broken Any Dugtrio set with Endeavor is giving up on a move that ACTUALLY lets it do what you are all complaining about, which is trap and kill something so its teammates have an easier game or a clear path for a sweep. You give up reversal, you no longer can hard switch into non-scarf Tyranitars to OHKO them. You give up Stealth Rock and a lot of teams that rely on Duggy to set them up (or to bypass Magic Bounce by trapping something else and setting up the rocks) have no way of getting them up consistently. You give up Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Rock Tomb and you're no longer able to check anything immune to your Earthquakes. Even Memento seems like a better option considering that, again, it helps Dug fulfill its role of an enabler. You need 2 move slots for both Endeavor and Sucker Punch most of the time, and you also need to: 1) Be at 1HP which means your sash wasn't broken and was able to trigger and you are now praying to not get hit by any priority move. 2) Use Endeavor and somehow survive after it (your opponent's expected IQ is starting to lower already by this step) 3) Kill 3 entire turns of trapping something, living at 1 HP to then MAYBE take something down if your opponent doesn't eat solid food, at the cost of, well, not being able to use Dugtrio at all in any regular game. Seems super worth, yeah. Now, with Scizor, Dragonite, Kabutops, Mienshao and a lot more prio users being so popular in the meta, you can't tell me that Dugtrio can cleanly take what it's supposed to take out, then your dumbass opponent is gonna switch something with no priority moves, weak to Arena Trap and slower than Dugtrio so you can happily use Endeavor on it. Again, the discussion has made sense up until this point; but right now you are just stretching whatever argument you can find to get Dugtrio banned, lol

Dugtrio with Endeavor+sub+eq+ sucker punch set is way broken imo. Please if anyone want to discuss?

Link shunting isn't even forced because you can do it solo, Xmas just got rid of dungeon and in CNY previous years you weren't forced to go as 4, you could just play as 2 I will ignore PvP part because there is nothing to unlock that cannot be archieved by playing solo and most stuff is community driven anyway. Not only you are wrong but you just totally missed my point, what does that have to do with PokeMMO being fully solo(able) game and only dungeons forcing you to team up (as minium 2) up to this point, I don't see any reason for forcing players to find more players when it was possible to do as 2 before.

As the title say the shiny check was removed. I'll assume this is a bug. The simple question is why this is not fixed yet? If this was loosing the game money it would've been hot fixed already. What's the excuse for removing the safety checks from the hardest aspect of your game?

We are 3 people who have been waiting for almost 20 minutes for a person (CharrojandroXD) he does not attack in the raids. The event is fine, but they should anticipate this before releasing the update. Set a timer, give some kind of sanction to the player, I don't know, something. This tarnishes the gaming experience of the event. Ty.

I'm thinking that Gyarados Raid will be 5 Stars as Impossible because his Moves will be Waterfall,Power Whip,Ice Fang, Etc.

Most people defending trio just pointing the obvious, it's true that trio is shit vs some archetypes, but against the other half it's a 100% win condition. Duels should be decided by skilled players, not by the ones who preffer some easy wins with match up fishing. Trio impact in the half of matchups is just too high compared with other mons, and thats why it should go.
