You decided to unban everything but also keep Bronzong in UU, boring... if you wanted true chaos, move Bronzong to OU.

plz dont give them ideas 😅

Also unironically maybe test Swords Dance on chomp? Plenty of new Pokemon and HA were released since its ban. Stall can handle it using Unaware Quagsire, lock it into set up with Sableye

I don't really think we need another stupidly hard hitting mon in OU, we already have plenty of those tbh

Uhm can you justify those? Chomp was banned because people couldn't wall the SD set without using stuff like Mandi/Umbreon at full health and foul playing it

Garchomp SD was also obnoxious offensively. At the time, there was only 6 OU mons that could outspeed Garchomp: Gengar, Infernape, Mienshao, Starmie, Dugtrio and Jolteon. Out of those, only Starmie had the capacity to ohko Garchomp.

I would argue that stall had a easier time vs Garchomp compared to offense, but really all playstyles were suffering.

Like Hydrei a couple of months ago? Draco Meteor was not an instant win vs only a few mons, but all playstyles were suffering.
If Garchomp was more an "Rock Paper Scizors" mon(Some playstyle he crushes, while other crushes him), like Gallade is, then it could be evaluated. But since he melts anything on their path, it's very hard to actually tell if he's worthy a test. Just like some mons vs specific teams, one wrong switch and you're cooked, but this time it's 70-80% teams that has to be careful, unlike other threats like Suicune and Scizor, that vs 5%-30% teams if switches wrong will be cooked, but in those cases they wouldn't insta-lose, but would have to gave up a lot not to.

Isn't the Haxorus the most suitable mons to be dropped to UU, among BL? Not broken with many physics stall and bronzing stay in UU and plenty of outspeed offensive mons.

Anyway, thx for TC on working on all these things.

ahahah UU is going to become carnage it's gonna be fun, at least theses changes put us to start on another basis, changes were necessary and so it's a bit positive to see things finally starting to move a little so that a positive evolution of the tier eventually occurs gradually

Help me please, which playstyle hurts any team with gallade exactly?

He probably lost vs. Stall once or twice and ever since he’s made up his head canon that Gallade can’t beat it and thus isn’t problematic for the tier. I wouldn’t even give him the chance to derail the thread, honestly.

On topic: not a big fan of the “release broken things to deal with broken things” mentality, it’s what’s led to the incredibly centralized OU meta we have right now and what’s made it basically unfixable unless you remove the nonsensical Sharpness and add what’s missing. The tier is horrible and whoever thinks it’s not probably uses Gallade or any of the other three or four available options.

And following how dumb OU is right now, you can release all BL mons you want; as long as OU is so centralized that it’s not worth using literally anything outside said available options, more mons that should never drop by usage will plummet. Why even bother using Conkeldurr at this point when you can just slap a Gallade there and it’ll put out more damage in almost every possible scenario? Of course it’s a hyperbole but you get the idea.
